So, imagine pulling up to this place. There's this really old, like 100-year-old, olive tree right at the entrance. You go through these gates and there's water everywhere, a waterfall even, leading to a huge garage that can fit over 10 cars and even has a turntable to turn them around. Inside, it feels really peaceful. The living and dining rooms have this warm wood paneling and a marble fireplace. They open up to this amazing backyard. It’s got lawns, places to have fires, and this infinity pool that makes it look like it spills right into the sky. They put in two really impressive kitchens.

One is perfect for hanging out, and the other one is clearly set up for serious cooking, like a professional chef would use. It’s all done with this fancy marble and top-of-the-line appliances. There are two main bedroom suites, each with its own fireplace and a bathroom that feels like a spa, plus big closets. Downstairs, which gets natural light, there’s a whole entertainment area. It has a bar, a wine room, a spa with a sauna, a massage room, and a really high-tech gym. There's also a movie theater with a "Candy Wall" which is pretty unique. The whole estate was designed by Paul McClean, and the inside was done by GD Studio. It's the kind of place they say you just can't build again in Trousdale. It really feels like a private escape where everything is perfectly designed, luxurious, and calm.
