This place is really something else, sitting on over 21 acres of private land with incredible views of Kailua Bay and the Pacific. It’s designed for both relaxing and entertaining. The architecture is by de Reus Architects, and Philpotts Interiors did the inside. Michael Kao also worked on recent updates. You’ve got a main house, a guest house, and a beach bungalow, all set up for privacy. The main house has five bedrooms, a theater room, and two offices. The guest house has five more bedrooms, a common room, and a full kitchen. There’s even a private marina for easy access, and security is top-notch. It's a seriously elegant island setup.
