The architecture is by de Reus Architects, and Philpotts Interiors did the inside. Michael Kao also worked on recent updates. You’ve got a main house, a guest house, and a beach bungalow, all set up for privacy. The main house has five bedrooms, a theater room, and two offices. The guest house has five more bedrooms, a common room, and a full kitchen. There’s even a private marina for easy access, and security is top-notch. It's a seriously elegant island setup.
