Prince Andrew accuser Virginia Giuffre miraculously leaves hospital after claiming she had "four days to live"

Virginia Giuffre's miraculous recovery from "four days to live" raises serious questions as court date looms.
Prince Andrew accuser Virginia Giuffre has reportedly left the hospital just days after claiming doctors had given her only "four days to live" following a car crash involving a school bus in Australia.

The 41-year-old, who became known worldwide after accusing Prince Andrew of sexual abuse when she was 17, posted a dramatic video to Instagram last week showing her bruised face. In the emotional clip, she claimed her car had been hit by a speeding school bus traveling at 110km/h (68mph) as she slowed for a turn.
"I've gone into kidney renal failure, they've given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology," Giuffre said in the video, adding, "I'm ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time..."
However, just days after this seemingly dire medical prognosis, Giuffre's representative confirmed to People magazine that she was discharged from the hospital on Monday - a recovery timeline that has many questioning the severity of her condition.
Adding to the confusion, police reports tell a dramatically different story than Giuffre's social media claims. According to Australian authorities, they received a report of a "minor crash" between a school bus and a car in Neergabby, about 12 miles from Perth, on March 24th.
"The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day," a police spokeswoman stated. "There were no reported injuries as a result of the crash."
Photos published in Australian media on Wednesday reportedly show Giuffre being driven in a vehicle north of Perth, appearing to be in stable condition despite her claims of near-fatal kidney failure just days earlier.

The timing of this medical emergency has raised eyebrows among observers, as it coincides with Giuffre facing legal troubles of her own. Just days after posting the Instagram video about her accident, it emerged that Giuffre had been charged with allegedly breaching a family violence restraining order.
The case was due back in court today (April 9), though it's unclear if Giuffre appeared following her hospital discharge. Reports suggest Giuffre has recently separated from her husband.

This isn't the first time Giuffre has been at the center of high-profile legal proceedings. In 2021, she sued Prince Andrew for sexual abuse, alleging the duke had sex with her when she was 17 after being trafficked by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The duke has consistently denied these claims and has not been charged with any criminal offenses. In March 2022, Giuffre and Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement that reportedly included a "substantial donation" to Giuffre's charity supporting victims' rights.
Medical experts have privately questioned how someone diagnosed with kidney failure severe enough to warrant a "four days to live" prognosis could be discharged from hospital so quickly, fueling speculation about the true nature and severity of Giuffre's injuries.
As this story continues to develop, many are left wondering about the significant discrepancies between Giuffre's dramatic social media claims and the official police reports of what appears to have been a minor traffic incident.
