Ingredients
For the Patties:
- 1 lb (454g) ground beef (85/15 meat to fat ratio)
- 1-1½ tsp Lowry’s seasoned salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
For Assembly:
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Pickles (optional)
- Mayonnaise (optional)
- Mustard (optional)
- Ketchup (optional)

Step 1: Season the Meat
