Ingredients

For the Patties:

  • 1 lb (454g) ground beef (85/15 meat to fat ratio)
  • 1-1½ tsp Lowry’s seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper

For Assembly:

  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Mayonnaise (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Ketchup (optional)

Step 1: Season the Meat
